What this notice covers

This notice describes the Joseph Rich / QUID Hunt personal website. It covers these web pages and their locally hosted images and video. It does not cover the QUID Hunt Telegram bot, investment services or any other service reached through a link.

Information used on this website

The current website has no registration form, contact form, checkout or newsletter. Its page code does not request your name, email address or payment information, and does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics.

The menu and review carousel work in your browser without saving your choices. Images and the video are served with the site; playing the video does not open an embedded third-party video player.

Hosting, technical data and cookies

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting and access services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request times and security or sign-in data to deliver and protect the service. Access controls may use cookies.

The website’s own page code does not set cookies or use local storage. This does not mean that the hosting or sign-in service uses no cookies. OpenAI describes its own processing and retention in its privacy policy. The operator’s legal basis, access to hosting logs and applicable retention arrangements remain to be confirmed.

When you open Telegram

The Telegram buttons are external links. If you choose one, you leave this website. Telegram and the bot operator may process information according to their own terms and notices. Review the Telegram privacy policy and the bot’s information before sharing personal or financial details.

Review previews

The review carousel currently contains fictional names, AI-generated portraits and sample text. It does not contain submitted customer reviews or photographs of actual reviewers. Any genuine testimonials added later will need an appropriate permission and privacy process.

Your choices and rights

You can browse without completing a form or opening Telegram. Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict its use, receive a portable copy or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise rights about data handled by the hosting or Telegram service, use that provider’s privacy contact. A direct privacy contact for the website operator is awaiting confirmation.
